Our coaching process is simple.
No two client situations are the same so flexibility
is critical. In many cases
the client chooses to talk 2 - 4 times per month by
phone. In some cases, clients prefer to talk 1 - 2
times per month, and then as needed. The client decides
what goals are to be achieved. Assessments, surveys
and discussions with co-workers are often used to help
us both understand the client better.
Each confidential coaching session builds on the session
before. Each session brings the client closer toward
their goals. And we don’t just talk. Often, the
client and the coach have work that is expected of
them prior to the next ‘session’.
